System failure due to CPU fan not working properly?

My computer wont boot up properley and it is closing down after a couple of seconds saying the above. I have a HP Pavillion PC. The CPU fan is working and not making any strange noises, I have tried using the steps recommended by HP but they arent working the system keeps shutting down beford it boots up for me to do anything..

This is easy to fix, your fan has too much junk like dust and lint collected on it if you take a small screww driver open the back and just dust off the fan with a light brush it should work like new again
just like a fan in your living room the cpu fan collects dust and too much clogs it up,
remember the dust is going to fly everywhere so don't dust it off on your bed, i used an old paint brush i had lying around and it worked just fine just remember to be gentle and carefull because there is a lot of sensitive stuff back there... this should work if you have anymore probolems feel free to ask anything else.

How i can full format my computer using bootable cd?

If you use the Format command or use the Disk Parition utility which comes during XP Installation the Hard Disk would be formatted but by using some tools Files can be recovered.

If you want to completely remove all the files from the Hard Disk you need to do a Zero fill.

You can go to seagate.com and download the ISO version on Disk Manager software burn it on a CD and boot the system using the Created Disk Manager Disk.

You would have an option in utilities to Zero fill the disk. it will take long but would wipe the entire data beyond recovery.

How to hide a folder using command prompt in window??

Follow this steps:
1. Open Command prompt by start–>Accessories—->Command Prompt and use cd.. and cd\commands to navigate to your goal folder.
2. Type this command "attrib +s +h +r folder name" in command prompt.
Now your folder is hided :)

OR Simply Hide folders By right clicking folders and files and go to properties and set it hidden..

5>If you have difficulties in operating your computer like some of your programmes opens automatically with out you click it then viruses are on war with you..
6>Does your files and folders delete automatically??This maght be a serious problem..Install a new Anti-Virus and format your Pc setting back ups..

Fix My PC or Laptop

MY pc doesn`t open when i turn it on??
 The problem doesn`t seem too big.Following tips might help you in solving your prolem
1>Check your external input(i.e.Extension cords)
2>Does ur moniter blinks and shuts down??
3>check your RAM once.
4>Essembling might fix it( Open your CPU and take your RAM out,Again insert it in same position as it was before)

7>The cord connected with cpu and moniter check it once.OPen the wire and put it again..Doing it more than 5 times may solve your problem.
8>Still your problem not solved??Then your harddisk might be the problem..Open the long wire connected with mother board and hard disk.Stretch it..And again connect it.
